Establishing Data

1.1 Let’s start! After agreeing on our proposal, we will schedule an online kick-off. During this session

Training for Users

Once all users are added, we provide all stakeholders with an online training session. Within an hour, they will learn:

Contract Management

Once everything is uploaded and stakeholders have been trained, digital contract management can begin as planned. From that point, all stakeholders can actively use GRIP, and the contract will become active for our support team.

GRIP has developed an online knowledge base for all users, where all introductory videos, tutorials, and frequently asked questions can always be found.

Data Import

How can your data be imported?

Our dashboard is fully customizable to your needs. We don’t determine the content of your contracts, but we ensure that contract information, such as KPIs and management data, is displayed the same way as in the contract and existing reports. During the onboarding kick-off, we’ll work together to set this up to align with your requirements. The smoothness of this process depends on various factors, but we ensure that all data is correctly imported and ready before the software is deployed within your organization.

Dataflow

During onboarding, we determine together how data will be entered into the software. We offer three options, which can be combined if needed:

  1. Automatic integrations with existing software systems.
  2. Open API integrations.
  3. Manual import via GRIP.

For option 3, we can grant access to your internal teams, suppliers, and intermediaries to add data using standard formats. Additionally, we offer a service to gather and import required data into the dashboard.

Historical Data

We ensure past data from Excel or other systems is imported into the dashboard, so all information is centralized in one place. During the implementation process, we can ensure that historical data is also visible in our dashboard, consolidating all information in one central location.
