Our journey
GRIP Facility was founded on January 1, 2016, with the ambition to revolutionize facility contract management. Our initial platform enabled both manual and automatic import, processing, and visualization of facility data for clients. This facilitated optimization in collaboration between clients, suppliers, and intermediaries by promoting more transparent agreements.
In 2018, we expanded our offerings with three new applications: contract management, audit software, and specific DKS software for cleaning controls. These products, along with our original dashboard, were designed to seamlessly integrate, resulting in a more efficient and automated process.
We are revolutionizing the management of facility contracts for organizations and service providers.
Our focus is on the details of facility contracts and connecting information. We don’t just look at contract details from a high level, but also analyze calculation details (pricing structure and changes) and performance based on agreed KPIs with underlying data. The goal is to manage contracts in the most transparent, data-driven way possible.
In March 2023, we moved to a new office at Nieuwe Hemweg 48 in Amsterdam, where we continue to enhance the experience of building users for the benefit of service providers and clients.
